Superintendent to Present Proposed Budget

LCPS Superintendent, Dr. Edgar Hatrick, will present his proposed operating budget this Wed., Jan. 5, @ 6:30pm in the School Board meeting room at the Admin. Bldg. in Ashburn. Attending this presentation will give you the opportunity to hear firsthand what will (and will not) be included in his budget. Please take the time to attend this meeting as the budget process begins in full swing.

Also note that Saturday, January 8, 9am-1pm @ the Administration Building in Ashburn, the School Board will host an informal public information & input session on the budget. Attend this meeting and share your priorities with School Board members and administrators.

Tuesday, Jan. 4, is “Wear Red for Public Ed” Day. Please plan to wear red to show your support for our nation’s public schools.
